Home Sweet Home~

0830 - Just reach home and unpack all my staff. Weird thing is i'm not sleepy at all so decide to write down where and what i have done in the past 1 week while i still remember...hehe

Day 1 ( 13 oct ) - went home straight after work ( damn shag but bo pian need to save some leave for dec ) took a cab to airport around 7 and had our dinner. At around 10 i finally got my boarding pass...phew~ lucky (0.0) V A/C : SQ 324-B777 depart at 2345 (spore time)

Day 2 ( 14 oct ) - After 12 hours of flight, at around 0700 ( Amsterdam time ) Reach amsterdam airport.( holland second largest city ) Btw the time different is 6 hours so the time at singapore is around 1300 when i reach amsterdam. Dad and mum look almost the same after 3 years of parting( just that a bit more white hair...hehe ) Lucky they move the a new town nearer to amsterdam if not it going to be a one hour trip again.

After unpacking my laggage, Dad bring us to "Market"( only open on certain day only ) to shop for some fruits.the fruits there is really very cheap and FRESH and nice. But in holland having a car is very dangerous and expensive.the parking is very expensive and the speedlimt always change after few meters away( the police won't chase after u cause they will sent you a letter and ask you to pay your fine ).

CHEESEEEeeeee

Around 6 plus we went down to amsterdam.Dad went to get ticket for the match Ajax vs Groningen. Euro match is totally different from sleauge u really got to watch one match if you happen to visit any of the euro country. Anyway the match end with a happy ending 3-2...if not i think sure got fight one cause got a bit "kelong".

Day 3 ( 15 oct ) - Visit to Amsterdam for some winko( shopping )...hehe only manage to learn a few dutchish. Thing theres really not cheap except food i guess. Amsterdam is just too big and dad also dunno wheres the LV shop so we took quite a while to find it.But Sunday they never open...@#!#!@#!. Before leaving Amsterdam dad show me the famous Window shopping but only 1 shop open and is opposite the other side. Either is becoz we go too early or maybe the tax too high...hehe. we got to leave the city a bit early because around 5-6 the jam will kill you.

Day 4 ( 16 oct ) - Went down to Amsterdam again to shop for sister Lv Bag. The price there is cheaper a lot than singapore.And i got myself a wallet also...hehe.Later on dad suggest going to den haag where they stay last time. Not only that The International Court of Justice ( http://www.denhaag.com/default.asp?id=2011&ep=&bp=96&cod=DG-JUSTICE ) also locate there. Had our dinner at one chinese restaurant as they request cause is this meal is on me...hehe.

Day 5 ( 17 oct ) - Stopover at maastricht for a night as to perpare to go koln the next day. not much time to walk around therefore only went to the bridge(The city center is split in two by the river Maas) and had our dinner at one of the restaurant.

Day 6 ( 18 oct ) - Reach one of the westen city of Germany, Koln. At here you can't miss the Germany's largest cathedral, the Cologne Cathedral took over 600 years to complete, starting in 1248. The Cologne Cathedral is 144 metres long, 86 metres wide and has 157 metre-tall spires ( http://www.stadt-koeln.de/en/koelntourismus/sehenswuerdigkeiten/dom/artikel/01221/index.html ). But after reading the webby i just realize that we can go to the roof top -.-". only manage to walk around for two hours. Got to leave early cause from there to our hometown is around 600km.

Day 7 ( 19 Oct ) - Visit to Volendam, a fisher village where you can wear traditional dress there. But i never try cause the guy clothes not nice but for girls will be nice. want to know more about Volendam ? Day 8 ( 20 Oct ) - Return to singapore ! (o. O) V


DAMN SHAG... Never write such a long post before.Anyway this trip to Holland is fun althought is a bit rush. But Singapore Currency convert to Euro is a bit too little. Remind me of singapore going to malaysia...lol
